When Can I Expect my Order?

We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days, this may increase during very busy periods. 

I forgot to add something to my order, can I add it now?

We will do our best to combine orders and pack items ordered separately together in one parcel to reduce your postage costs, but if the packing team have already started packing your order then it may not be possible. Please email us at hello@kleinshaberdashery.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

Can I collect from you?

No, I'm sorry but we are now an online company only and are unable to offer a collection service.

UK Shipping

FREE Delivery for orders over £75. Free 2nd class delivery for UK mainland orders, this applies to stock items only and excludes special orders.

Royal Mail RM 24
Royal Mail 24 is a tracked service. Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days (excluding the day of dispatch and bank holidays), although this timeframe is not guaranteed. Please note that Royal Mail tracking only updates once a delivery attempt has been made, rather than showing the parcel’s progress while in transit.

Factory deliveries & time-sensitive orders. For deliveries to factories, sample rooms, businesses or for those time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing our upgraded shipping service for the most reliable delivery. Orders are processed within 2 working days.

During busy periods such as sales, holidays or postal disruption, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We always dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Europe & Rest of World: International Tracked Service.

  • EUROPE: 5-12 business days approx.
  • REST OF WORLD: 9-15 business days approx.

This could take longer to some destinations, especially during busy periods and pandemics. Please allow sufficient time for your item to arrive. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and are not responsible for delays due to items held up by Customs.

DELIVERY TO USA – 4.3.26

We use Royal Mail International Tracked Service: Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) so all duties and tariffs are pre-paid and you will not incur any additional charges on your goods entering the United States. As you will be aware this is a fluid situation, and the details may change in the future.

Please note that shipping and tariff fees are non-refundable for unclaimed or refused items.

Taxes and Import Charges:   

Customers outside of the UK are responsible for payment of any local customs fees, tariffs, quotas, import duties or local taxes that may apply. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for unclaimed or refused items.

Further Shipping Info

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for returned or undelivered orders due to address errors. We can resend orders but there will be an additional delivery charge. 

Any shipping costs, cancellation fees or surcharges incurred for order cancellations, changes to addresses or changes to orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Shipping Costs  

On occasion, there may be a surcharge for shipping if a parcel is particularly heavy or large. We will email you before processing your order to ask if you would like to pay the surcharge or would prefer to cancel the order.

Occasionally, there are sometimes issues beyond our control that may have held your parcel up.

  • For the UK please allow 10 working days before contacting us about your order.
  • For the International orders please allow 30 working days before contacting us about your order.
