Kleins Archive & Deadstock

Our Kleins Archive includes original stock collected over many years, including discontinued ribbons, trims, fabrics, buttons and other specialist haberdashery. These products are available in limited quantities and may not be possible to replace once sold.

Original Kleins stock

Archive and deadstock items are unused original stock. Availability is limited, and once an item has sold we may not be able to source the same product again.

Age and condition

Some archive items have been in storage for many years. Where appropriate, they may show signs of age or storage, and we will always do our best to describe any noticeable condition issues accurately in the product listing.

The age of archive items is estimated based on the information available to us and may not be exact.

Composition and origin

For older deadstock items, original composition and country of origin information is not always available. Where this is the case, we provide our best assessment based on the product, packaging and information available to us.

Any information we can confirm with confidence will be stated in the product listing.

Sold by the metre

Cut ribbons, trims and fabrics are sold by the metre unless otherwise stated.

The quantity selected is the length supplied. For example, a quantity of 3 means 3 metres.

We will always try to supply a continuous length where possible. However, some archive stock is available only in shorter pieces, and an order may occasionally contain joins. If we know this is likely to affect your order, we will let you know.

Colour

We take care to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours can appear differently depending on your monitor, screen settings and lighting, so the colour you see on screen may vary slightly from the actual product.

If colour matching is particularly important for your project, please contact us before ordering.

Returns on cut lengths

Cut fabrics and trims are cut to the length requested and are therefore non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.

Please check the product information, measurements, colour and quantity carefully before ordering.

Our deadstock is available in limited quantities and, once sold, we are not usually able to restock it.

Because these items can sell quickly, we are unable to offer separate samples. However, where the product is sold by the metre, you can order 1 metre to see and assess the colour, quality and handle before purchasing a larger quantity.
