Sold by the metre: Cut ribbons, trims and fabrics are sold by the metre unless otherwise stated. The quantity you select is the length you will receive. For example, a quantity of 3 means 3 metres.

Continuous lengths: We will always try to supply your order as one continuous length. However, this may not always be possible, and some orders may contain joins.

Samples: Samples are available for our standard satin, grosgrain and velvet ribbons Samples can be ordered here. If you would like more information about a product before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to help where we can.

Returns: Cut fabrics and trims are cut specifically to the length ordered and are therefore non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied. Please check the product details, colour and quantity carefully before ordering.
